Project Description
As a subconsultant to Lane/Schiavone, CSM is providing quality management services for a Design-Build project that will lengthen 9 bridges over the Van Wyck Expressway.
CSM staff will perform the following activities:

Conducting internal quality checks to verify conformance and compliance

Reviewing and approving internal quality control audit reports

Ensuring that project quality control records and documentation are reviewed, approved and maintained appropriately

Attending Review, Progress and Comment Resolution Meetings as appropriate

Implementing corrective and preventive action procedures to reduce or eliminate non-conforming work

Providing a detailed monthly Quality Manager’s Report, including reporting on the status of project plans, on-time project delivery, on-budget project delivery, process improvements, and other factors
